Dr. Couch, what do you think of the book Romans Verse By Verse by William Newell? I
heard it is one of the best dispensational commentaries on Romans.
ANSWER: It is a great volume on Romans. Newell years ago taught at Moody Bible
Institute where I worked and taught at for awhile. He was an outstanding
practical dispensational scholar. I also highly recommend from my NT
commentary series, of which I act as general editor, Romans by Woodrow Kroll, published by AMG Publishers. Both commentaries would be an excellent addition to your library.
